14 Days into Body Beast

Well I have made it 14 days into Body Beast. It is a 90 day program and I am excited to be 2/3 of the way through the first phase! It has kicked my ass - no doubt, I have experienced nothing yet. The day I find the MOST difficult is Build: Legs. This is my strongest part of my body, but with the dynamic set training, it makes me breathless and exhausts the muscles like nothing I have ever done before! I also find the Beast Cardio to be extremely intense as well. I compare it to a HIIT workout from Turbo Fire, but in a very dude like way! I am used to plyometrics from TF. This uses weights for some of it and crazy sumo squats as well! I have lost the initial weight gain that I had experienced the first week, and it appears that my body fat % is down just a bit as well. I am very impressed so far with how Sagi has constructed this program.

I have begun taking Suma Root and Creatine, which after the first night of taking I was amazingly less sore. Today again I am sore, but the true test will be tomorrow after 24 hours of rest after Legs. That is where I am the most sore.

I have lost a bit of fat on my legs as well. The tape measure showed 1/4" loss on each thigh! I am excited to see more results. Hoping to build my biceps a bit and get more definition in the rest of my body!
