Body Beast so far

I am 4 days into Body Beast now. Each day has kicked my ass in a different way! I am loving being sore and can't believe how sore I am. I have not been this sore in so long I forgot how much I missed it!

I am doing the Lean Beast with one day of cardio. At first I thought I may miss the cardio, but with as sore as I am, I really have not missed it yet. Today's workout was Beast Cardio, which was more of a HIIT workout than plain cardio. It was full of squats, lunges, planks, and all sorts of other fun moves that really rock the heart rate.

I sat down tonight to figure out my nutrition a little better and realized that so far today I have not had enough Legumes and a little more protein than in my calorie category. I am working to consume 2200 calories a day.

The Dynamic Set Training is already making a difference. My arms look more toned and my arm jiggle is less as well. I know a lot of you may say this is too soon to see progress, but this is a different kind of workout than I have ever done and I expect that the results I see will happen rather quickly!

I am excited to see where I will be in a month and at the end of the 90 days! I don't want to look like a body builder but I want to have bigger muscles and be very toned. Body Beast here I come!
