How many calories do I burn using TurboFIRE or ChaLEAN Extreme?
I am 5'5.5'', 120 pounds, and in good shape to give you an idea about me. You will burn differently based on your body. I used a Body Bugg to measure how many calories I burn.

Calories I burn doing TurboFIRE:
HIIT 15: 117 (calories)
HIIT 20: 146
HIIT 25: 188
HIIT 30: 263
Greatest HIIT's: 167
FIRE 30: 244
FIRE 45ez: 376 (I used to hate this one because of no breaks, but love it now!)
FIRE 45: 357
FIRE 55ez: 425
FIRE 60: 490
TONE 30: 125
UPPER 20: 100
LOWER 20: 120
CORE 20: 120
ABS 10: 45
STRETCH 40: 125
STRETCH 10: 45 (Remember this is usually done after a more intense workout, so my heart rate is higher from that already!!!)

Calories I burn doing ChaLEAN Extreme:
BURN 1: 190 (calories)
BURN 2: 250
BURN 3: 215
PUSH 1: 150
PUSH 2: 175
PUSH 3: 140
LEAN 1: 150
LEAN 2: 138
LEAN 3: 148
BURN INTERVALS: 235

Turbo Fire is my favorite workout of all time!  Chalene’s passion is what got me into shape and kept me at it!  I have since moved on to other workouts – P90X, Turbo Kick and Body Beast, but keep coming back to the cardio with Turbo Fire!
